About
Our Clinical Director Position:
Our Clinical Director
provides oversight and clinical direction to assigned clinical management and
direct service employees at Resilient Health, with special attention to
building resilience and clinical programming. They play a vital role in the
company by ensuring quality service delivery to achieve intended outcomes and
meet all clinical requirements for AHCCCS, Bureau of Medical Facilities
Licensing, and various contractual obligations.
What a
Clinical Director Does at Resilient Health:
- Provide first-line clinical supervision to
the clinical managers and second-line clinical oversight to other direct
service employees
- Conduct and document individual clinical
and administrative supervision with direct service employees according to
company and professional guidelines
- Develop and implement program services,
clinical content, and curriculum
- Oversee the clinical personnel and
programs, ensuring that each participant receives appropriate care in
accordance with their treatment plan
- Monitor and evaluate the qualitative
and quantitative job performance of clinical managers and direct service
employees
- Partner with the Operations Director
for the effectiveness of the clinical operations of the company
programs and contribute to the program planning process
- Participate in quality assurance and
utilization review, including admission, continuing stay, and discharge
criteria
- Participate as a member of the Resiliency
Collaborative team, clarifying problems and recommending solutions
- Plan, organize, and monitor employee
training and development activities according to needs identified in the
personnel and/or program evaluation process
- Provide face-to-face service delivery, to
include counseling and/or crisis intervention as needed
- Develop and maintain effective working
relationships with community agencies, case managers, and clinical teams
- Represent the company at selected
functions
Requirements
for This Position:
- Must be independently licensed by the
Arizona Board of Behavioral Health Examiners (LCSW, LPC, LISAC) or be
licensed at the associate level with the ability to become
independently licensed within 12 months from the date of hire
- Minimum of five years of licensed
experience required
- Master's degree in Social Work,
Counseling, Psychology, or a related human service field required
- Valid driver's license
- Valid CPR/First Aid certifications or
ability to obtain within 30 days of hire
- Valid Fingerprint Clearance Card or
ability to obtain within 90 days of hire
- Three-year Motor Vehicle Record that meets
our auto insurance carrier's coverage requirements
