About
Our Clinical Manager Position:
Using discretion and
independent judgment, our Clinical Manager directly supervises the Art Awakenings clinical team that provides behavioral health
services to
build resilience with participants.
What a
Clinical Manager Does at Resilient Health:
- Oversee day-to-day operations and clinical
services of our Art Awakenings clinical team
- Monitor encounters and contract
requirements, which may include the development of employee schedules,
productivity, and service delivery to meet such requirements
- Provide direct team coordination, support,
and guidance to all team members during all shifts
- Complete quality management duties, which
include but are not limited to documentation reviews and data validation
tracking
- Ensure clinical knowledge, skills, and
abilities to perform the job are maintained
- Assist with the coordination of care
with outside providers
- Work collaboratively with other clinical
teams within Resilient Health
- Provide direct clinical care to
participants within the program
- Positively represent Resilient Health at
community functions, as required
- Provide ongoing training and mentoring to
direct employees
- Hiring, coaching, and developing talent
- Evaluating direct employees' clinical
skills and competencies
- Provide training to new team members
- Promote team collaboration by
participating in other team meetings and coverage, as needed
Requirements
for This Position:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
Bachelor's or Master's degree prioritized
- At least 3 years of experience in
behavioral health required. Experience may be a combination of service
delivery and/or management/leadership of a team
- Previous management or leadership experience
prioritized
- Valid driver's license
- Valid CPR/First Aid certifications or
ability to obtain within 30 days of hire
- Valid Fingerprint Clearance Card or
ability to obtain within 90 days of hire
- Three-year Motor Vehicle Record that meets
our auto insurance carrier's coverage requirements

What This Position Pays: $57,750 - $83,500 depending on education, clinical license and years of direct management experience
