About Our Driver Position:

Our full-time Driver provides transportation services to youth and adult participants and ensures they make it to their scheduled appointments on time.

What a Driver Does at Resilient Health:

  • Transport youth and adult participants to and from their Resilient Health appointments in a company van
  • Coordinate transportation routes and communicate with appropriate parties
  • Maintain van cleanliness and conduct vehicle safety inspections
  • Coordinate vehicle maintenance and repairs
  • Complete errands on behalf of Resilient Health
  • Adhere to safety and transportation policies
  • Maintain professional demeanor during transportation and in the office while interacting with staff, visitors and persons served

Requirements for This Position:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Bilingual preferred, but not required
  • Valid driver's license
  • Valid CPR/First Aid certifications or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire
  • Valid Fingerprint Clearance Card or ability to obtain within 90 days of hire
  • Three-year Motor Vehicle Record that meets our auto insurance carrier's coverage requirements

What This Position Pays: $17.50 per hour
