About our Executive Assistant Position:
The Executive Assistant provides comprehensive administrative support to the CEO, Executive Leadership Team, Payroll, and Human Resources.
What an Executive Assistant Does at Resilient Health:
- Provide high-level administrative support to ensure smooth operation of the Executive Leadership team
- Ability to always uphold the highest level of confidentiality and professional conduct
- Coordinate executive calendars, meetings, travel, events, agendas, and supporting materials for the CEO and Executive Leadership Team
- Coordinate, attend bi-monthly board meetings
- Update board bylaws, policies, and procedures to ensure we remain compliant with all licensing and accrediting bodies
- Assist with board member on-boarding
- Transcribe meeting minutes
- Assist with the bi-weekly processing of organizational payroll
- Conduct research, compile data, and prepare reports, documents, and presentations
- Read and analyze incoming emails, mail, reports, and documents to determine their significance for appropriate distribution, notification, or receipt
- Reconcile monthly credit card statements
- Coordinate all conference and travel arrangements for the CEO and other executive team members
- Receive, triage, and appropriately route inquiries, concerns, and complaints to the appropriate department or leadership team member
- Maintain courteous and professional relationships with employees and community partners
- Assist the Human Resource and Executive Leadership teams with special projects, as needed
Requirements for this Position:
- At least three years of experience with both Executive & Board level administrative support required
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Proficient with Outlook and Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
- Exceptional with time management skills and a proven ability to meet deadlines
- Strong knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures such as word processing, managing files, records, and other office procedures
- Valid Arizona or other state driver's license
- Valid automobile insurance
- Valid Fingerprint Clearance Card or ability to obtain within ninety days of hire
- Three-year driving record that meets the agency's auto insurance carrier's coverage requirements

Position Schedule: This is a part-time, in-office, position with a schedule of Monday - Friday, 8:00 am to 12:00 pm
