About Our IT Manager Position:
Resilient Health is seeking an experienced and motivated IT Manager / Systems Administrator to oversee and support the technology infrastructure across our growing behavioral health organization serving communities throughout Arizona. This position is responsible for the day-to-day management, maintenance, security, and strategic oversight of our cloud-based systems, networks, communications platforms, and IT operations across 10 locations statewide. The ideal candidate is both highly technical and service-oriented, with the ability to lead a small support team while collaborating effectively with leadership, staff, and external vendors. This role reports directly to executive leadership and plays a critical role in maintaining operational continuity, cybersecurity, system reliability, and user support across the organization.


What an IT Manager Does at Resilient Health:

  • Manage and support the organization's Microsoft 365 cloud environment, including user administration, licensing, security, email, Teams, SharePoint, and related services
  • Oversee IT operations and infrastructure across 10 locations throughout Arizona
  • Manage and maintain Meraki networking equipment, internet connectivity, VPN access, and wireless networks
  • Oversee organization-wide phone systems, eFax systems, security alarms (Everon), and camera systems
  • Monitor system alerts, performance, cybersecurity risks, backups, and system health
  • Coordinate and manage IT vendors, service providers, contractors, and technology partners
  • Supervise one full-time and one part-time IT Help Desk staff member, including delegation of support tickets and workflow oversight
  • Provide escalation support and troubleshooting for complex technical issues
  • Assist with onboarding/offboarding processes, user access management, and device provisioning
  • Develop and maintain IT policies, procedures, disaster recovery planning, and security best practices
  • Collaborate with leadership on technology planning, infrastructure improvements, budgeting, and future organizational needs
  • Research and recommend technology solutions that improve efficiency, security, and operational effectiveness
  • Support compliance, security, and data protection initiatives within a healthcare environment
  • Maintain documentation related to systems, vendors, assets, and network infrastructure

Requirements for This Position:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field preferred
  • Minimum of 5 years of progressive IT experience required
  • Previous supervisory or management experience preferred
  • Strong experience with Microsoft 365 administration in a cloud-based environment required
  • Experience managing networks, firewalls, wireless systems, VPNs, and infrastructure across multiple locations required
  • Experience with Meraki networking equipment preferred
  • Strong knowledge of cybersecurity, backups, disaster recovery, and IT best practices required
  • Experience managing vendors and external technology partners required
  • Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, organizational, and problem-solving skills required
  • Ability to prioritize multiple projects and respond effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and customer service skills required
  • Valid driver's license required
  • Valid Fingerprint Clearance Card or ability to obtain within 90 days of hire
  • Three-year Motor Vehicle Record that meets our auto insurance carrier's coverage requirements

Where You Will Be Working: 2255 W. Northern Ave., Phoenix AZ 85021 with some travel to clinics throughout Arizona

What This Position Pays: Up to $80,000 depending on education and years of management experience
