About Our Clinical Manager Position:
Using discretion and independent judgment, our Clinical Manager directly
supervises our outpatient team which provides behavioral health
services to build resilience within our participants.
What a Clinical Manager Does at Resilient Health:
- Oversee
day-to-day operations and clinical services of our outpatient team
- Monitor
encounters and productivity to meet contractual requirements
- Develop and
manage employee schedules
- Provide
direct support and guidance to all team members during all shifts
- Complete
quality management duties, which include but are not limited to
documentation reviews and data validation tracking
- Assist in
the provision of clinical oversight to staff
- Assist with
BHT assessments and treatment plan approvals
- Assist with
coordination of care with outside providers
- Provide
ongoing training and mentoring to direct employees
- Work
collaboratively with other clinical teams within Resilient Health
- Provide
direct clinical care to participants within the program
- Hire, coach,
and train new team members
- Evaluate
direct employee's clinical skills and competencies
- Promote team
collaboration
- Ensure
clinical knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the job are
maintained
- Positively
represent Resilient Health at community functions, as required
Requirements for This Position:
- Current
Independent Arizona State license in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and
Family, and/or Substance Abuse required
- Master's
Degree required
- Previous
management experience preferred
- Valid
driver's license
- Valid
CPR/First Aid certifications or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire
- Valid
Fingerprint Clearance Card or ability to obtain within 90 days of hire
- Three-year
Motor Vehicle Record that meets our auto insurance carrier's coverage
requirements

What This Position Pays: $70,350 - $75,075, depending on management
experience
