About Our Clinical Manager Position:
Using discretion and independent judgment, our Clinical Manager directly supervises the First Episode Psychosis (FEP) and outpatient counseling teams providing behavioral health services to build resilience with participants.

What a Clinical Manager Does at Resilient Health:

  • Oversee day-to-day operations and clinical services of our outpatient First Episode Psychosis (FEP) and counseling team(s)
  • Monitor encounters and productivity to meet contractual requirements
  • Lead time to achieve FEP fidelity standards
  • Develop and manage employee schedules
  • Provide direct support and guidance to all team members during all shifts
  • Complete quality management duties, which include but are not limited to documentation reviews and data validation tracking
  • Assist in the provision of clinical oversight to staff
  • Assist with BHT assessments and treatment plan approvals
  • Assist with coordination of care with outside providers
  • Provide ongoing training and mentoring to direct employees
  • Work collaboratively with other clinical teams within Resilient Health
  • Provide direct clinical care to participants within the program
  • Hire, coach, and train new team members
  • Evaluate direct employee's clinical skills and competencies
  • Promote team collaboration
  • Ensure clinical knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform job are maintained
  • Positively represent Resilient Health at community functions, as required

Requirements for This Position:

  • Current Independent Arizona State license in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family, and/or Substance Abuse required
  • Master's Degree required
  • Previous FEP experience preferred
  • Previous management experience preferred
  • Valid driver's license
  • Valid CPR/First Aid certifications or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire
  • Valid Fingerprint Clearance Card or ability to obtain within 90 days of hire
  • Three-year Motor Vehicle Record that meets our auto insurance carrier's coverage requirements

What This Position Pays: $70,350 - $75,075, depending on management experience
