About Our Clinical Manager Internship Field Position:
The role of the Clinical Manager - Internship Field
Placement is to facilitate our Internship Field Placement program. This role
involves developing and nurturing educational institution relationships, managing
intern placements, supervising their clinical training, fostering a supportive
learning environment, and delivering direct service for mentorship and coverage.
What a Clinical Manager Internship Field Placement Does at Resilient Health:
- Internship Coordination: Oversee the
recruitment, placement, and on-boarding of interns within clinical settings,
ensuring a seamless integration into the team

Clinical Supervision: Provide direct
clinical supervision to interns, offering mentorship, guidance, and feedback on
their therapeutic practices and professional development

Collaboration: Work closely with clinical
staff, educational institutions, and community partners to ensure a
high-quality internship experience

Training Development: Design and
implement training programs and resources tailored to the developmental needs
of interns

Performance Evaluation: Conduct regular
assessments of intern performance, providing constructive evaluations to
facilitate their growth

Compliance: Ensure that all internship
activities adhere to AZBBHE standards, organizational policies, and relevant
regulations

Documentation: Maintain comprehensive
records of intern progress, evaluations, and other relevant documentation in
compliance with legal and ethical standards

Support and Resources: Act as a primary
resource for interns, addressing questions and concerns while promoting a
positive learning environment

Direct Service Delivery: Provide direct
services with the intent to mentor and provide necessary coverage for groups,
intakes, etc.
Requirements for This Position:
- Master's Degree in Social Work required

Active LMSW or LCSW license in the state of
Arizona required

Credentialed by AZBBHE to provide clinical
supervision required

Minimum of three years of experience in a clinical
setting required, with experience in supervision or training preferred
-
Experience with internship or practicum
supervision preferred

Familiarity with accreditation standards and
educational processes preferred

Strong leadership and mentoring abilities
-
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
-
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a
dynamic environment

Valid
driver's license

Valid Fingerprint
Clearance Card or ability to obtain within 90 days of hire

Three-year

- $83,500, depending on license and years of management experience
