About Our Mobile Clinician Position:

The Mobile Clinician will provide an array of counseling and psychosocial rehabilitation services, intakes and assessments and develop individualized treatment plans within the community.

What a Mobile Clinician Does at Resilient Health:

  • Provide counseling and psychosocial rehabilitation services using expressive arts to adults with a diagnosis of general mental health, co-occurring concerns, and/or youth with behavioral health concerns
  • Complete intake (initial) and updated assessments (including diagnosis) with participants and participating family members or other supportive individuals
  • Develop individualized treatment plans in coordination with participants and their family
  • Oversee the health, safety, and welfare of participants in the program
  • Develop and maintain effective working relationships with community agencies, case managers and clinical teams
  • Participate in clinical staffing and individual service planning sessions to identify and meet participant treatment and transition needs
  • Provide information on community resources for participant assistance and support
  • Provide education, assistance and support to family members and others involved with the participant to enhance awareness of mental health challenges and to increase their ability to contribute to the counseling and/or rehabilitation process
  • Maintain participant records and other documentation according to agency standards

Requirements for This Position:

  • Behavioral Health Technician (BHT) required (must be 21 years old):
    • High School Diploma or equivalent and six months of full-time behavioral health work experience or internship or Peer Support Certification, or
    • Associates Degree and three months of full-time behavioral health experience or internship or Peer Support Certification, or
    • A BHT Certificate from an accredited college/university, or
    • Bachelor's Degree, or
    • Master's Degree
  • Experience providing psycho-social rehabilitation services to adult participant populations and/or youth and families
  • Strong skills in the arts either visual and/or musical preferred
  • Valid driver's license
  • Valid CPR/First Aid certifications or ability to obtain within 90 days of hire
  • Valid Fingerprint Clearance Card or ability to obtain within 90 days of hire
  • Three-year Motor Vehicle Record that meets our auto insurance carrier's coverage requirements

Where You Will Be Working: 2255 W. Northern Ave., Phoenix AZ 85021 - This position is a hybrid position that works both in a typical office setting and various settings in the community and has the ability to telecommute

What This Position Pays: $19.25 - $21.42 per hour, depending on education and experience
