About Our Mobile Engagement Specialist Position:

The Mobile Engagement Specialist is responsible for pre-engagement, engagement, and re-engagement of participants.  Working with participants, families, and staff, identifies needs and connects members to resources to address social determinants of health.

What a Mobile Engagement Specialist Does at Resilient Health:

  • Exudes characteristics of compassion, empathy, and collaboration for connection with participants, family members, and staff
  • Identifies Social Determinants of Health needs of participants
  • Provides pre-engagement, engagement, and re-engagement of participants, through telephone, in-person, telehealth, and emails
  • Supports targeted intervention from program staff
  • Assists in follow-up contacts, outreach, and updates
  • Provides staff training and education
  • Provides support in the Integrated Health Clinics, in the client (or family) homes, and in the community, as well as in our Resilient Health locations
  • Connects with participants, family members, and teams
  • Assists participants in determining the objectives needed to reach their recovery goals

Requirements for This Position:

  • Peer Support certification required
  • Behavioral Health Technician (BHT) required (must be 21 years old):
    • High School Diploma or equivalent and six months of full-time behavioral health work experience or internship or Peer Support Certification, or
    • Associates Degree and three months of full-time behavioral health experience or internship or Peer Support Certification, or
    • A BHT Certificate from an accredited college/university, or
    • Bachelor's Degree, or
    • Master's Degree
  • Bilingual preferred
  • Valid driver's license
  • Valid automobile insurance
  • Valid CPR/First Aid certifications or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire
  • Valid Fingerprint Clearance Card or ability to obtain within 90 days of hire
  • Three-year MVR driving record that meets the agency's auto insurance carrier's coverage requirements

Where You Will Be Working: 2255 W. Northern Ave., Phoenix AZ 85021 - This position is a hybrid position that works in a typical office setting, various settings in the community, and has the ability to telecommute, based on business needs

What This Position Pays: $19.25 - $21.42 per hour, depending on education and experience
