About Our Office Assistant Position:

Our Office Assistant is the welcoming face of Resilient Health and is responsible for greeting visitors, checking in participants, answering and routing incoming calls, and other general office tasks.

What an Office Assistant Does at Resilient Health:

  • Provides courteous and respectful customer service to employees and participants
  • Greets visitors, checks in participants, collects co-pays and schedules appointments
  • Answers and routes incoming calls
  • Maintains petty cash
  • Assists with art gallery purchases
  • Provides general information to participants, stakeholders and community partners
  • Opens and sorts all incoming mail
  • Maintains office equipment and orders office supplies
  • Respects confidentiality of participant information

Requirements for This Position:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous administrative support or receptionist experience preferred
  • Bilingual (Spanish) preferred
  • Valid driver's license
  • Valid CPR/First Aid certifications or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire
  • Valid Fingerprint Clearance Card or ability to obtain within 90 days of hire
  • Three-year Motor Vehicle Record that meets our auto insurance carrier's coverage requirements

What This Position Pays: Up to $17.00 per hour, depending on experience
