About our Call Center Specialist Position:

Our Call Center Specialist is the welcoming voice of Resilient Health and is responsible for answering and routing incoming calls, responding to inquiries, managing complaints, and providing general information to callers. This position will also verify client insurance/eligibility and schedule initial client visits.

What a Call Center Specialist Does at Resilient Health:

  • Answer and route all incoming calls and provide general information to callers.
  • Process all incoming emailed or faxed referrals and track all incoming referrals.
  • Verify client insurance/eligibility.
  • Schedule initial client visits and follow up with clients as needed.

Education, Experience, and Other Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent is required
  • Bilingual (Spanish) preferred
  • Previous experience with administrative, call center, or receptionist functions
  • Valid driver's license or state issued ID
  • Valid CPR/First Aid certifications or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire
  • Valid Fingerprint Clearance Card or ability to obtain within 90 days of hire
  • Three-year Motor Vehicle Record that meets our auto insurance carrier's coverage requirements

What This Position Pays: $17.50 per hour. Additional pay differential available for bilingual (Spanish) speakers.
