Our Targeted Case Manager is responsible for delivering quality care to our participants through the coordination with a participant's recovery team in securing and managing general medical and behavioral health services that aid in the participant's recovery from mental illness and/or addiction. This position connects participants to community resources for social determinants of health.
Our Clinical Director provides oversight and clinical direction to assigned clinical management and direct service employees at Resilient Health, with special attention to building resilience and clinical programming. They play a vital role in the company by ensuring quality service delivery to achieve intended outcomes and meet all clinical requirements for AHCCCS, Bureau of Medical Facilities Licensing, and various contractual obligations.
The Facilities Specialist performs skilled tasks independently or as part of a team to maintain, repair, alter, or remodel buildings, offices, houses, and other agency facilities. Assignments involve numerous trades and skills, such as carpentry, plumbing, roofing, painting, and concrete/masonry.
Our Housing Specialist provides resources and support to individuals in need of safe, stable affordable housing on our Permanent Supportive Housing team. The Housing Specialist also participates in rehabilitation and treatment programs and teaches independent living skills.

Our full-time Driver provides transportation services to youth and adult participants and ensures they make it to their scheduled appointments on time.

Our Youth Respite Specialist plays an important role in providing relief to caregivers/guardians by engaging youth on outings and facilitating skill building and support. This position enjoys working with youth, serves as a healthy role model and understands how to engage and connect with them.
The EMR/EHR Support Specialist supports the organization’s Electronic Health Record (EHR) by managing user issues through the ticketing system, providing training and guidance, and assisting with workflow optimization and form configuration to improve efficiency and patient care. This role also supports Electronic Visit Verification (EVV) processes. This is a part-time position.
