The Social Media Coordinator is key in helping manage Resilient Health’s social media content, communications, and digital media while enhancing our brand presence and engaging with our target audience. This is a part-time, 20-hour per week position.

Resilient Health is excited to offer a $10,000 sign-on bonus for this position! $5,000 will be given following 30 days of full-time employment and the additional $5,000 will be given after 120 days of full-time employment. The Nurse Practitioner position entails diagnosis, conducting assessments, and prescribing medications for patients across the lifespan, including children and adolescents, having psychiatric-mental health conditions, including those with serious mental illness (SMI). The role also includes developing an appropriate, integrated healthcare treatment plan and providing effective patient care management with proper evaluation and follow-up care. This position will provide telemedicine and in-person services based on patient and clinic needs.

They respond to incoming requests for IT support and resolve network, hardware and software issues with computers. This is a part-time, 20-hour peer week position.

A Masters or Associate Licensed Counselor will earn a $5,000 bonus and an Independently Licensed Counselor will earn a $7,000 bonus. One half of the bonus be given after 30 days of full-time employment and the additional half will be given after 120 days of full-time employment. Our Youth Behavioral Health Counselor position plays a vital role in building each participant's resilience, through innovative and effective evidence-based practices.

Our Housing Specialist provides resources and support to individuals in need of safe, stable affordable housing on our Permanent Supportive Housing team. The Housing Specialist also participates in rehabilitation and treatment programs and teaches independent living skills.

The Mobile Engagement Specialist is responsible for pre-engagement, engagement, and re-engagement of participants. Working with participants, families, and staff, identifies needs and connects members to resources to address social determinants of health.

The Youth Case Manager is responsible for the delivery of quality patient care to members via the coordination of a member's adult recovery team in securing and managing general medical and behavioral health services that aid in the member's recovery from mental illness and/or addiction.

Using discretion and independent judgment, our Clinical Manager directly supervises our outpatient team which provides behavioral health services to build resilience within our participants.

The Mobile Clinician will provide an array of counseling and psychosocial rehabilitation services, intakes and assessments and develop individualized treatment plans within the community.

Through the Child and Family Team process, the Family Support Partner provides services in participant homes and in the community, assisting families to navigate through multiple systems, being an advocate, providing resources, and exploring natural supports. The Family Support Partner will work with Child and Family teams and collaborate with families, the Department of Child Safety, courts, and other partners standing in for parents ensuring that the family's voice is heard.
